Seller guarantees the kitten to be healthy, to the best of Seller’s knowledge, at the time of sale. It is up to date on appropriate vaccinations and was dewormed. The kitten is being transferred to the adopting owner with the understanding that the adopter is taking possession of the kitten and will be responsible with it, will treat it rightfully and as their own pet. It is sold with no warranty and no returns, unless specific conditions are met. The Buyer will do their best to ensure the safety and well-being of the kitten. The Buyer agrees to:

-Will keep dry food and fresh water out 24/7 available for the kitten.

-Will provide all the needed and required veterinary care for the kitten, booster shots, and prompt treatment by a licensed veterinarian for any illness or injury.

-Unless bought with intentions for breeding, will neuter/spay the kitten before 7 months of age.

-Under no circumstances will the kitten/cat be declawed.

-If Buyer is unable to keep or care for the kitten, Buyer will use all reasonable effort to rehome and never leave the kitten abandoned, at a shelter or in any similar situations or facilities.

This kitten’s known background and medical history have been discussed with me. It is recommended to get a medical examination performed by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the kitten. If the kitten is found to be severely medically deficient with a congenital defect, Seller will take the kitten back and refund payment, less any shipping charges, under the following conditions: the Seller is provided with proper documentation, from a licensed veterinarian, by Buyer, stating the medical issue and that the cat is seriously medically deficient, and that the cat is in the same condition, both in health and cosmetic, as when it left Sellers home. The Buyer must also cover any shipping fees when purchasing and returning the kitten. After the 72 hour period, the seller can no longer guarantee the cat’s health.

 

 

I understand that I am assuming total financial responsibility for my pet as of the date of this contract.
